In the village of Arashan, a feast ended in tragedy.
On October 21, drinking alcohol led to a verbal skirmish between 65-year-old K.A. and his 30-year-old stepson, as a result of which the latter struck his stepfather several blows with an axe. The older man died on the spot from his injuries.
The suspect in the crime was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek Main Internal Affairs Directorate.
