On August 12 at about 23.30, unknown persons forced a 23-year-old local resident into a car and took him to a deserted place. The intruders beat the man, demanded money, and threatened him with firearms. On the same night, the attackers beat two more men.
Under the “Hooliganism” law of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, four suspects were detained – 31-year-old T.A., 21-year-old T.A., 31-year-old T.Zh. and 26-year-old M.M. A gas pistol firing rubber bullets was found and seized.
