A resident of Bishkek contacted the police and said that in January a man promised to help him sell a car for $ 10,800. The suspect resold the car to third parties and fled.
Pre-trial proceedings were started under article 204 “Fraud” of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The 61-year-old suspect was detained and placed in the IVS.
